In general, they will help to remove excess dead hard skin on the soles of your feet. Cuticle remover will be applied first to ensure the area is softened and then your cuticles will be nippered. A base coat will be applied first to ensure protection for your natural nail, then the color and a top coat to lock the pedicure in place.
