1. Wear The Right Clothes

Caused by high winds, low humidity, and the sun’s UV rays, windburn is much more prevalent during the winter and depletes your skin’s natural oils, causing dryness and irritation.

A sun protection factor isn’t just for the beach. During the winter, the suns rays, combined with the reflection of the snow and ice, can damage your skin as much as in the summer. Be sure to apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen to all areas of your skin that will be exposed in the winter.
